Orrick Ranks No. 5 on Fortune's Bay Area Best Places to Work List

Fortune has ranked Orrick No. 5 on its list of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area, where the firm has offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Orrick is one of only two law firms on the 2017 list.

Highlighting companies that are “always ready to explore new and potentially industry-leading opportunities to make careers more rewarding and meaningful for their employees,” Fortune singled out Orrick’s $50,000 innovation prize, which is awarded annually to an employee who submits the best idea to improve the firm.

Fortune partnered with the Great Place to Work Institute to compile the list based on thousands of employee surveys. Earlier this year, Orrick once again appeared on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list, where it was one of only five law firms selected.
