In its feature article about the team, Law360 noted that the firm “represented a number entities across the global sports industry, including helping successfully lobby the New York state legislature to legalize daily fantasy sports, as well as guiding professional athletes and unions to some big wins.” The publication also noted the firm's defense of former Washington Redskins quarterback Joe Theismann in a false advertising suit and the National Basketball Players Association in a $10.5 million breach of contract suit against its former executive director.
