A cross-practice Orrick team advised Jefferies in structuring a $200 million warehouse funding facility for a marketplace lending platform enabling the platform to fund its online consumer lending business. The deal was initially structured as a loan facility and converted to an innovative note offering to accommodate investor demands.
The team was led by Bill Haft and included Emin Guseynov and Michael Sugarman.
