Orrick Advises Quip AG on Acquisition of Kolumbus Personal Management GmbH

Quip AG and the owners of Kolumbus Personal Management GmbH have entered into a takeover agreement. The transaction is subject to the approval of the cartel authorities.

Based in Aachen, Germany, Quip AG offers a wide range of personnel, technical and production services to customers in industry and commerce. Kolumbus Personal Management GmbH is a leading provider of personnel services in Bavaria, with branches in Straubing, Deggendorf, Landshut and Passau.

This is the first time Orrick has advised Quip AG on an acquisition. However, an Orrick M&A team led by partners Dr. Wilhelm Nolting-Hauff and Dr. Sven Greulich has been advising Quip AG's main shareholder, the Luxembourgish private equity investor Luxempart, on transactions in Austria, Germany and Switzerland for years.
