Orrick advised Apptimize, a leading mobile optimization platform for A/B testing of mobile apps, on its $12.4 million Series B financing round. US Venture Partners led the round with participation from Glynn Capital Management, Goldcrest Investments, Western Technology Investments, Ken Ross and Twin Gables. As part of the Series B investment, Dafina Toncheva at US Venture Partners will join the Apptimize Board of Directors.
Orrick has been advising Apptimize since its inception in 2013. The Orrick team was led by Technology Companies Group partner Augie Rakow and included associate Bernardo Ainza and paralegal Andrew Barlow.
