​Orrick has advised Flipagram on its $70 million Series B financing round. Flipagram is a popular mobile app that allows users to create short photo-video stories set to music. With tens of millions of monthly users worldwide, Flipagram has been one of the fastest growing apps in the world.
Sequoia led the round and was joined by Kleiner Perkins and Index Ventures. The Orrick team advising Flipagram is led by corporate partner Karen Dempsey, and includes tax partner Steven Malvey, technology companies partner Anik Guha, technology companies of counsel Elizabeth Lefever and managing associate Danny Lopez.
