Emily Donohue Managing Associate

Emily received her JD from the University of Washington, where she was a member of the Technology Law and Public Policy clinical program and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts.

Jamie Evans Partner

He provides advice to companies seeking exit transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings, or SPAC transactions. Jason also advises investors planning to invest in tech companies in various industries and markets.

Prior to joining Orrick, Jason served in the U.S. Army as an Infantry officer and as a Military Intelligence officer.
