Allison was a summer associate in Orrick's Silicon Valley office in 2008. Prior to joining Orrick, she interned in the San Mateo County Superior Court's legal research department.
Jamie works with litigation attorneys and third party vendors to manage the review and production of documents relevant to investigations and litigation. This work includes using early case assessment technology to analyze, categorize and cull data. She also manages teams of skilled professionals performing document review, redaction, analysis, production and drafting privilege logs. Jamie assists the litigation team to prepare for trial, including drafting deposition summaries, factual memoranda and exhibit charts. She also works with practice office attorneys on transactional tasks, including contract review and due diligence.
Prior to joining Orrick, Jamie clerked with Judge John T. Mullaney, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey Monmouth Vicinage and was an associate at Lucas & McGoughran, LLC in Oakhurst, New Jersey.

Anne graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a member of the National Moot Court team. In law school, she served as a Littleton Fellow teaching legal writing and as a Senior Editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Prior to law school, Anne worked as a consultant on antitrust and finance matters at an economic consulting firm.

Richard works with cyber and data privacy attorneys and third party vendors to manage the review of documents and identification of notifiable individuals stemming from cyber incidents. This work includes using early case assessment technology to analyze, categorize and cull data. He also manages teams of skilled professionals performing document review, analysis and creation of breach notification deliverables. Richard develops and implements custom processes, procedures and technologies to better assist clients who are victims of cyber attacks and creates response plans to efficiently execute notification to individuals and regulators within demanding timeframes.
Richard has dedicated significant time to pro bono matters, including assisting trial counsel representing abused and neglected children.

Before joining Orrick, Ernan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary H. Murguia of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable David G. Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
Ernan earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor on the California Law Review. He also earned a Masters in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna (Austria) and a B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.

Kevin has experience in a wide range of subject areas, including class actions, securities, bankruptcy, and patents. He has co-authored numerous appellate briefs, including briefs to the Supreme Court of the United States at the certiorari and merits stages, on subjects including consumer protection, Indian law, criminal forfeiture, federal court jurisdiction, and foreign sovereign immunity. Kevin has also engaged in strategic planning and motions practice at the trial stage in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Orrick, Kevin clerked for Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor of the Supreme Court of the United States and Circuit Judge Robert Katzmann of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has a Ph.D. in history from NYU, where he concentrated on the history of the federal courts in the early national period.
