Kevin has experience in a wide range of subject areas, including class actions, securities, bankruptcy, and patents. He has co-authored numerous appellate briefs, including briefs to the Supreme Court of the United States at the certiorari and merits stages, on subjects including consumer protection, Indian law, criminal forfeiture, federal court jurisdiction, and foreign sovereign immunity. Kevin has also engaged in strategic planning and motions practice at the trial stage in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Orrick, Kevin clerked for Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor of the Supreme Court of the United States and Circuit Judge Robert Katzmann of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has a Ph.D. in history from NYU, where he concentrated on the history of the federal courts in the early national period.

Giulio has also developed a strong proficiency in refinancings, corporate financings - such as revolving and capex facilities - and real estate finance transactions.
Prior to joining Orrick, Giulio was an associate in a leading Italian law firm, where he also gained experience on M&A and private equity deals, assisting Italian and foreign companies and private equity investment vehicles in acquisition and investment transactions.

Emily attended University of Michigan Law School, where she received the Henry M. Bates Memorial Scholarship Award (Michigan Law’s highest honor). Emily served as a Senior Editor of the Michigan Law Review, a research assistant for Professors Richard Primus and Don Herzog, and a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board.

Her area of expertise covers collective aspects of employment law (professional elections, relationships with the employee representatives, collective agreements, working time, reorganisations, mass redundancies, post-acquisition integrations, internal investigations, background checks and monitoring) and individual aspects (drafting employment documentation, dismissals, negotiation and settlement agreements, bonus schemes and restrictive covenants).
Solène has been a French-qualified lawyer (Avocat à la Cour) since February 2018. Prior to joining Orrick, she was an associate for 7 years within a global UK law firm's employment team.
In addition, she holds a Master’s Degree in Employment law from the University of Paris II Panthéon- Assas. Solène is also an alumna of the Oxford University (Diploma of Legal Studies - 2014).

Amanda also has a robust pro bono practice and has earned High Honors through the DC Courts' Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll.

KT graduated from the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review. He also was a member of the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where he advised entrepreneurs on early stage general corporate and intellectual property matters.
Prior to attending law school, KT was a graduate student researcher at the University of California, San Francisco. During grad school, he also worked in the technology transfer office where he helped to consult with inventors within the university to assess the patentability and commercialization prospects of their inventions.
