Emily received her JD from the University of Washington, where she was a member of the Technology Law and Public Policy clinical program and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts.
Prior to joining Orrick, Emily worked as a musician. She has released several recording projects, including an LP with Refresh Records.

Tyler's practice has a focus on warehouse lending, secured credit facilities, and publicly registered and privately placed asset securitization transactions. His experience extends to various asset classes, encompassing marketplace consumer loans, solar loans, residential mortgages, student loans, credit card and charge card receivables, auto loans, and esoteric assets, including proved developed producing (PDP) oil and gas wellbores.
Before joining Orrick, Tyler was an associate in Chapman and Cutler LLP's Asset Securitization Department.

Tori advises clients on enhancing their data privacy and security profiles and building comprehensive global data protection programs. She provides guidance on issues relating to a vast array of state, federal and international privacy and cybersecurity laws, including:
Tori also supports clients in developing strategies to reduce the risk of security incidents, regularly advises on general consumer protection issues, and counsels on sweepstakes, marketing, and advertising matters.
Prior to joining Orrick, Tori served as an in-house data privacy and security law clerk at a pharmaceutical company in Boston, at a large nonprofit corporation in New York City, and at an international oil and gas company in Beijing. She also worked on data privacy matters in the Office of the General Counsel of Northeastern University. Having worked across diverse business sectors, including life sciences, technology and energy, Tori brings an in-house perspective to her client matters.

Lauren has represented clients in connection with a broad spectrum of technologies, including small molecules, biologics, DNA sequencing, gene editing, recombinant DNA technology, and medical devices. She brings experience in litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act and the Biologics Price Competition Innovation Act (BPCIA).
