Julianne, a senior associate in Orrick’s New York office, is a member of the firm's M&A and Private Equity Group.
Julianne advises public and private technology, energy and life sciences companies and private investment funds and their portfolio companies in a broad range of strategic transactions, including debt and equity investments, acquisitions and dispositions and other complex transactions. Julianne also counsels domestic and international issuers in public offerings of equity securities and SEC compliance matters.
