William Blackman, an associate in Orrick's Santa Monica office, is a member of the Technology Companies Group.
William represents high growth technology companies and venture capital firms in many areas, including corporate and securities law, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Super Lawyers recognizes William as a "Rising Star" in Business/Corporate for 2018, a recognition given to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in California.
William began his legal career as a corporate associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. During his time at Stanford Law School, William worked with a number of startups.
