  • a $450 million high yield note offering by the Enterprise Development Authority to finance construction of a Hard Rock branded hotel casino – awarded the “2019 Large Deal of the Year Award” by the Native American Finance Officers Association
  • an $850 million institutional private placement by the operator of the Indiana Toll Road to refinance existing indebtedness – named the “2017 North American Project Bond" at the IJGlobal Awards
  • a $533 million debt refinancing of the Dominican Republic’s largest airport company following its acquisition by Vinci – awarded “Best Infrastructure Financing: Caribbean” by LatinFinance in 2017
  • a total of $1.75 billion in acquisition and refinancing debt securities issued in connection with IFM Investors’ acquisition of the Indiana Toll Road – named “M&A Deal of the Year (Over $5B)” by M&A Advisor in 2015
