Josh Pollick, a founding member of Orrick’s Santa Monica office, is a partner in Orrick's Technology Companies Group.

Josh represents high growth technology companies and venture capital firms in many areas, including corporate and securities law, corporate formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and secondary offerings.

Legal500 recognizes Josh as a “Next Generation Lawyer” in the area of US venture capital and emerging companies for 2017, 2018 and 2019, Super Lawyers recognizes Josh as a “Rising Star” in Business/Corporate for 2016, 2017 and 2018, and Chambers and Partners USA 2018 recognizes Josh as an "Associate to Watch" in the Nationwide Startups & Emerging Companies category.

In addition to his company-side representations, Josh has represented leading venture capital firms and other strategic investors, including Bonfire Ventures, Bpifrance, Canal+, Coatue Management, Darsana Capital, Ground Up Ventures, Iris Capital, Manifest Investment Partners, Menlo Ventures, Pathbreaker Ventures and Wicklow Capital. He has also helped set up a number of incubators and private funds, including Heavybit Industries.
