Her practice also covers Rule 144A offerings for public and private companies, issuer tender offers, and public and private company mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on corporate governance matters, proxy statements and annual and quarterly report filings.
She also has extensive experience in public finance transactions as company counsel and bond counsel.
