A veteran antitrust litigator, Rob has litigated and counseled on high-profile antitrust matters on behalf of leading companies in a wide range of sectors, including litigated merger challenges, putative antitrust class actions, government antitrust investigations, and private actions against competitors. He has successfully litigated cutting-edge competition matters, including defending against allegations of algorithmic collusion and price-fixing through the use of software.
From late 2018 through early 2019, Rob completed a secondment at the litigation department of a major media company.
Rob maintains an active pro bono practice, where his work has focused primarily on benefits applications and appeals for low-income disabled veterans.
Prior to joining Orrick, Rob was an active-duty Army JAG officer, where he served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, an administrative law attorney, and a special victims counsel, among other roles. As a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, he first-chaired more than 10 trials in federal court, including two jury trials.

Nick handles matters related to pay practices for global tech corporations, including a nationwide FLSA collective action seeking damages for up to 40,000 workers, multiple putative California class actions and a regulatory compliance matter, each affecting thousands of employees. When helping clients navigate these challenging cases, Nick draws upon his range of litigation experience. Prior to focusing on employment, Nick handled breach of contract, fraud, and unfair competition law cases in both federal and state courts, and was a member of an Orrick trial team that secured a $52.8 million verdict in a trade secrets trial.
To help his clients avoid litigation, Nick walks them through the most recent employment laws, case trends and ways to mitigate potential loss.
Before attending law school, Nick served seven years as
an infantry officer and instructor in the United States Marine Corps.

She is also an author of numerous publications in the field, rapporteur at conferences and public seminars and a researcher for private and public associations.

Peter counsels clients on the implementation of global privacy programs. He advises on U.S. state privacy laws and the impact of international laws from a U.S. perspective, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
Peter also helps clients develop AI governance programs. He advises clients on the responsible use of AI by employees, the risks presented by AI tools, and the design of consumer-facing AI.
During law school, Peter completed externships at the Center for AI and Digital Policy and the office of an EEOC Commissioner, focusing on issues related to AI in the workplace.
Peter is designated by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US).
