Ms. Letsome works with litigation attorneys and third-party vendors to manage the review and production of documents relevant to investigations and litigation. Aurélien’s practice focus on restructuring and insolvency matters.
He advises debt funds, hedge funds and other stakeholders (creditors, investors, buyers or debtors) in the context of financial or operational restructurings, whether amicable or judicial. He also advise entrepreneurs, managers, companies and investors on corporate matters independent of their restructuring activity.

Amisha partners with in-house counsel to devise and execute strategies that align with advancing their overall business goals. Amisha previously taught at The George Washington University Law School as an adjunct professor in the Scholarly Writing Program. She has drafted cert-stage and amicus briefs in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court in the areas of immigration and affirmative action.

He has served as an officer and board member for numerous non-profit organizations. From 2021 to 2023, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ascend, the largest network of Asian professionals.
Larry has published articles that have appeared in publications of the California Continuing Education of the Bar and the Practicing Law Institute. He has made presentations to the Practicing Law Institute, Law Journal Seminars, Silicon Valley Association of Start up Entrepreneurs, University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, University of California at Berkeley, Haas Business School, UC Berkeley Law and the California State Bar among others. James has deep experience in the full range of consumer financial products, including credit cards, debit cards and deposit accounts – most recently demonstrated in overdraft cases involving “authorize positive, settle negative” transactions. He has also represented plaintiffs seeking declaratory or injunctive relief in lawsuits against state attorneys general and other government officials.
An experienced appellate lawyer, he has argued numerous appeals before numerous federal appellate courts, the California Courts of Appeal and state supreme courts.
