She also has experience advising on national and cross-border corporate transactions and restructurings. Her clients benefit from her deep understanding of technological developments, particularly in the field of aerospace.
Before joining Orrick, Danielle worked as a corporate and M&A associate at an international law firm and as legal counsel in export control law at a leading institution for applied research and development.

He has over 20 years of experience and worked for various big law firms as well as for Commerzbank before joining Orrick.
