Andraya represents companies throughout different stages of litigation across a range of areas, with a focus on the technology, energy, and finance sectors.
Prior to joining Orrick, Andraya clerked for the Honorable Paul J. Kelly, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Jon E. DeGuilio of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Andraya earned her law degree from Notre Dame Law School where she served as the Executive Notes Editor for the Notre Dame Law Review.

Jennifer works with life sciences clients in the areas of genomics, genome editing, antibody therapeutics, immuno-oncology therapies, cell-based therapies, protein therapeutics, antisense technologies, and pharmaceutical compositions and formulations. She has experience in preparing and prosecuting US and foreign patent applications, strategic counseling and managing global patent portfolios, and performing due diligence, freedom to operate, and patentability analyses.
Prior to joining Orrick, Jennifer was a senior patent agent at a large national law firm in San Francisco.
Before becoming a patent agent, Jennifer was a postdoctoral fellow at the Gladstone Institute of Cardiovascular Disease and she investigated cardiomyocyte differentiation from stem cells. Her doctoral studies at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies focused on transcriptional regulatory systems during organ development. She has co-authored peer-reviewed journal articles in the fields of genetics, molecular biology and cell biology.

Austin serves as a trusted advisor to founders, emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and other strategic investors in a wide array of corporate matters in connection with planning and executing a variety of transactions. Primarily, including formation, early and late-stage venture funding rounds, corporate governance, fund formation, and investment matters. Austin specializes in helping companies in the blockchain/crypto space but also advises an array of companies across software, fintech, artificial intelligence, and digital media.
In addition to representing U.S. companies on domestic transactions, Austin represents companies across the United States, EMEA, and Asia.
Prior to joining Orrick, Austin spent time at Gunderson Dettmer, Inceptiv, and SSM. During law school, Austin worked at The Northern District of Texas, aiding the Chief Justice in various matters.

From the latest tax credit transfer and hybrid structures to the full suite of debt and tax equity financings, preferred equity financings, selldowns and investments, she takes a collaborative and relatable approach to close the deal. She advises a range of renewables and energy transition industry participants, from project developers, sponsors, borrowers, lenders, investment banks, private equity funds and other capital providers and investors. She works with a range of asset classes, including among others, wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen and renewable natural gas.
Louise was recognized by Chambers USA Nationwide Projects: Power & Renewables: Transactional in 2025, where clients describe her as "excellent," "very thorough," "detailed" and "pragmatic." She was named by Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner in Energy Transactions: Electric Power in 2024 and noted for her “work in project finance and M&A work on transformative, first-in-kind renewable energy projects.”
As an All-American College sailor, Louise has pursued her interest in law of the sea and international laws throughout her career. She is translating this experience into differentiated advice for clients in the burgeoning U.S. offshore wind market.

Steve serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters’ counsel in a variety of municipal enterprise revenue bond issuances, including financing for water, wastewater, solid waste and airport facilities. His practice is, in addition, focused on single family and multifamily affordable housing financings. Steve also has extensive experience in higher education financings, interest rate swaps and swap based products in the municipal market. He often assumes a leading role in bond and disclosure work for new and complex clients.

He has a particular focus on tax and cash equity financing of renewable energy projects, including in the solar and wind space.

Rohit has extensive experience in the solar, wind, energy storage, and biofuel sectors, and has advised on numerous award-winning transactions. Rohit’s clients describe him as “excellent,” “knowledgeable,” “timely in his work,” “commercially-oriented,” “very plugged into the market” with a “great demeanor."
In recent years, Rohit's practice has focused particularly on project development and project M&A transactions. He has successfully negotiated many GWs of "physical" and "virtual" PPAs and tolling agreements, as well as a variety of construction, supply and other development arrangements. Rohit has also represented clients on the purchase and sale of renewables projects in various U.S. jurisdictions, as well as joint venture and other project asset arrangements. He has particularly focused on the development, financing and sale of domestic and international energy storage projects, including stand-alone, hybrid, front-of-meter and behind-the-meter projects.
Rohit co-leads Orrick’s South Asian Inclusion Network and served as a Fellow for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
He started his legal career at an international law firm in New York, where he focused on project development and project finance transactions across the globe. Prior to law and business schools, Rohit was an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse in San Francisco where he provided M&A and financial advisory services to technology companies in Silicon Valley.
