Anjel Bonilla is an associate in Orrick's Los Angeles office and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Anjel's practice focuses on various capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, note offerings and SPAC and de-SPAC transactions.

  • Anjel's engagements include:

    • BioAtla, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company, in its $65 Million underwritten offering of its common stock.
    • Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical company, in its acquisition of Epizyme, Inc.
    • Fisker Inc. in its up to $350 million at-the-market offering launched in May 2022.
    • 890 5th Avenue Partners, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company, in its $1.5 billion merger with BuzzFeed.
    • Keyarch Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Keywise Capital, in its $100 million initial public offering and full exercise of over-allotment option.
    • Genesis Growth Tech Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Genesis Advisors, in its upsized $220 million initial public offering and full exercise of over-allotment option.
