Rich Krebs is a litigator and trial lawyer with a passion for taking complex legal issues and making them interesting and comprehensible to clients, judges, and juries.  Clients know they can depend on Rich to be a fierce and loyal advocate and a steady hand to guide them through stressful conflicts.

A member of Orrick's Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, Rich has extensive business litigation experience in federal and state courts and private arbitration and mediation, including various business tort, breach of contract, insurance, licensing, fraud, securities, construction, intellectual property, and class action matters.  

Rich's practice covers all aspects of the litigation and dispute resolution process--from advising clients on whether to file suit, to resolving disputes through trial or settlement, and everything in between.  Rich's dogged determination, creativity, and relentless commitment to winning has repeatedly resulted in successful resolutions for his clients.  

Rich began his career with Irell & Manella in Los Angeles and also spent time with a litigation boutique in Houston before joining Orrick in 2018.  Rich lives in Newport Beach with his wife Rachel and his daughter Olivia.
