Chiara supporta il team nell'assistenza di società e persone fisiche nell’ambito di procedimenti penali in relazione ai white-collar crimes (quali antiriciclaggio, reati finanziari, reati societari, reati fallimentari, reati fiscali, reati ambientali, reati in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro).
Chiara partecipa allo svolgimento di indagini interne finalizzate alla predisposizione di piani di compliance rimediale e di rafforzamento del sistema di controlli interni di primarie società nazionali ed internazionali.
Chiara collabora, altresì, su base continuativa alle attività di assistenza a favore di importanti società e gruppi societari nella gestione dei potenziali rischi di compliance, con particolare riguardo ai Modelli di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo adottati ai sensi del D. Lgs. n. 231/2001.

Alessandro si occupa di diritto amministrativo, prestando assistenza a clienti italiani e stranieri nel settore degli appalti pubblici, urbanistica ed edilizia, infrastrutture, energia e ambiente, sia in ambito giudiziale che stragiudiziale. Ha inoltre maturato esperienza in procedure di finanza di progetto e in programmi di finanziamento, nazionali ed europei.
Alessandro si occupa inoltre di diritto Europeo e della concorrenza, con un particolare focus rispetto alle procedure di screening FDI e in materia di aiuti di Stato.
Prima di entrare in Orrick, ha maturato esperienza presso un primario studio italiano. Ha inoltre lavorato presso la Commissione Europea, DG Comp.
Laureatosi presso l’università degli studi Roma Tre, Alessandro ha conseguito un master di II livello in Diritto della Concorrenza e dell’innovazione presso la LUISS School of Law nel 2021.

A veteran antitrust litigator, Rob has litigated and counseled on high-profile antitrust matters on behalf of leading companies in a wide range of sectors, including litigated merger challenges, putative antitrust class actions, government antitrust investigations, and private actions against competitors. He has successfully litigated cutting-edge competition matters, including defending against allegations of algorithmic collusion and price-fixing through the use of software.
From late 2018 through early 2019, Rob completed a secondment at the litigation department of a major media company.
Rob maintains an active pro bono practice, where his work has focused primarily on benefits applications and appeals for low-income disabled veterans.
Prior to joining Orrick, Rob was an active-duty Army JAG officer, where he served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, an administrative law attorney, and a special victims counsel, among other roles. As a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, he first-chaired more than 10 trials in federal court, including two jury trials.

Trudie advises renewable energy developers, private equity funds, and investors on complex transactions across the renewable energy sector, with a focus on debt and tax equity financings, joint ventures, and project acquisitions and sales.
Boston
Peter counsels clients on the implementation of global privacy programs. He advises on U.S. state privacy laws and the impact of international laws from a U.S. perspective, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
Peter also helps clients develop AI governance programs. He advises clients on the responsible use of AI by employees, the risks presented by AI tools, and the design of consumer-facing AI.
During law school, Peter completed externships at the Center for AI and Digital Policy and the office of an EEOC Commissioner, focusing on issues related to AI in the workplace.
Peter is designated by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US).

He represents lenders, including banks and other financial institutions, and corporate borrowers in a range of secured commercial financing transactions, including syndicated transactions, asset-based financings, private equity acquisition financings, cross-border transactions and refinancings. Taylor also supports other practice groups, including the Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity group, the Technology Companies Group and the Restructuring group, on financing matters for clients.

Steve knows how to minimize risk while delivering a client’s business objective, either by defeating an opponent’s case in court or by negotiating the best possible settlement. His ability to pinpoint the argument that will resonate with each judge and jury has enabled him to protect cutting-edge technology involving medical devices, automotive components, telecommunications standards, digital and 3D imaging, guest engagement systems, and semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes. He has also used those same skills in litigating numerous antitrust, unfair competition, and complex tort and contract cases.
For the last 20 years, Steve has focused on guiding Japanese and other Asia-based companies through patent litigation before the U.S. District Courts, ITC and Federal Circuit. He is one of only two lawyers ranked in the Chambers Global guide for having Foreign Expertise in Intellectual Property for Japan. Prav is experienced in cross-border and international insolvency, guiding clients through complex bankruptcy challenges. He understands the unique needs of banks in enforcement work, particularly in Law of Property Act (LPA) receiverships. Beyond corporate matters, he specialises in personal insolvency, with a strong focus on asset recovery and resolving disputes relating to trusts and beneficial interests.

David is a partner in Orrick's Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group based in New York and co-head of Orrick's Bankruptcy Litigation Working Group. His practice focuses on representing lenders, underwriters, and large public and private companies in financial disputes throughout the litigation process, from pre-litigation dispute resolution to success at trial.
David has litigated high-stakes bench and jury trials and pretrial proceedings involving nine-figure secured claims in bankruptcy, multi-billion dollar securities offerings, complex long-term supply contracts, and valuable trademarks.
David also has years of experience litigating distressed asset and syndicated loan trades, contract disputes, and residential mortgage-backed securities issuances for both plaintiffs and defendants. David's background in computer science and mathematics allows him to quickly master complex financial transactions and craft effective litigation strategies for his clients.
