Betty L. Louie, a partner in the Milan and Rome offices, is a member of the M&A and Private Equity Group. She practiced in New York for more than 10 years before relocating to Italy. Betty has extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, strategic investments and capital markets. For close to 20 years, Betty has advised on more than 100 cross-border M&A transactions, involving both private and public companies.
