Kristin Schwam is an Associate in the firm’s White Collar, Investigations, Securities Litigation & Compliance team.
Kristin represents companies and individuals in complex litigation, focusing on white collar, anti-corruption, and compliance matters, and securities litigation. Kristin has experience representing clients facing U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations. Kristin also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to law school, Kristin worked at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office as an investigative analyst in the Rackets Bureau and the Public Corruption Unit.
