Dan represents sponsors, debt providers and equity investors in financings and acquisitions of various energy and infrastructure assets, including renewable power and telecommunications infrastructure.

His experience includes drafting and negotiating documentation specific to project finance, tax equity finance, debt finance, and general corporate matters.

  • Renewable Power

    • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing and a separate letter of credit facility of portfolios of wind and solar energy projects in Kansas, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Virginia with a total aggregate capacity of approximately 2,000 MW.
    • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing of an approximately 270 MW wind energy project located in Texas.
    • A sponsor in connection with the sale of an approximately 103 MW wind project in South Dakota.
    • A sponsor in connection with the refinancing of two operating wind projects located in Nevada and Missouri.
    • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing of a solar project in Arizona.
    • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing of a portfolio of wind energy projects in Colorado, Indiana and Texas with a total aggregate capacity of approximately 691.5 MW.
    • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing of an approximately 50 MW solar energy project located in Virginia.
    • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing of a portfolio of wind energy projects in Kansas and Texas with a total aggregate capacity of approximately 600 MW.
    • A sponsor in connection with a tax equity financing of a portfolio of wind and solar energy projects in Delaware, Ohio, Texas and Virginia with a total aggregate capacity of approximately 719 MW.
    • A sponsor in connection with a debt and tax equity financing of an approximately 100 MW solar energy project located in California.
    • A sponsor in connection with the sale and leaseback of a portfolio of solar energy projects.

    Telecommunications Infrastructure

    • An infrastructure fund in its equity investment in city-wide open-access fiber networks in California, and joint venture arrangements relating thereto.
    • An infrastructure fund in its equity investment in a city-wide open-access fiber network in Wisconsin, and joint venture arrangements relating thereto.
    • A lender in connection with a revenue-based financing in a wireless network to provide local broadband internet access in North Carolina.
    • A lender in connection with a term loan for equipment to be used in a wireless network to provide local broadband internet access in Texas.
