Ben est associé fondateur de la pratique Tech Companies Group d'Orrick en France. Depuis près de 15 ans, il conseille les entreprises innovantes à fort potentiel ainsi que les investisseurs en Venture et Tech Growth sur toutes leurs opérations corporate de capital-investissement et de fusions-acquisitions en France et à l’international.
A ce titre, il intervient à tous les stades de leur développement, de l’incubation et des levées de fonds aux opérations de croissance externe et de sorties, industrielles ou en bourse.
Ben dispose en particulier d’une expérience reconnue dans l’accompagnement de sociétés françaises désireuses de s’implanter aux Etat-Unis. Il assiste des start-ups françaises tout au long de leur croissance outre-Atlantique ainsi qu’une clientèle d’investisseurs ou acquéreurs américains.
Depuis son premier deal Venture en 2006, où il représentait Lightspeed Venture Partners dans le cadre de la Series A de Wikio, devenue Teads, société qu’il a par la suite accompagnée pendant 11 ans jusqu’à sa cession à Altice, Ben a mené plus de 330 opérations Corporate Tech et est intervenu sur les principales opérations de sorties de ces dernières années, notamment franco-américaines (Neolane/Adobe, La Fourchette/TripAdvisor, Stupeflix/GoPro, eNovance/Red Hat, Regaind, Zenly/Snap, Teads/Altice, Getaround/Drivy, Glose/Medium, Sqreen/Datadog, Lalilo/Renaissance Learning, Tempow/Google, Context/Integral Ad Science, Monk/ACV Auctions, Cajoo/Flink, Shipfix/Veson Nautical, BeReal/Voodoo).

Distingué chaque année parmi les meilleurs avocats du marché en Venture Capital et Tech Growth, Ben figure à la première place du "Top 10 Influential French Venture Capital Lawyers in Private Equity 2023" de Business Today. Elle possède une experience particulière en fiscalité française et internationale et conseille régulièrement sur des opérations complexes de fusions-acquisitions, de réorganisations, ainsi que sur des opérations de marchés de capitaux et de financement.
Cécile accompagne des groupes de sociétés français et multinationaux issus de divers secteurs, publics et privés, des institutions financières et des fonds d'investissement.
Cécile représente les clients dans leurs relations avec les autorités fiscales dans un large éventail de situations, y compris les demandes de rescrit et les contentieux fiscaux. Elle intervient également dans la structuration et la mise en place de plans d'actions pour les salariés et de management packages.
Cécile enseigne un séminaire sur les aspects fiscaux des LBOs dans le cadre du Master de Fiscalité internationale de l'Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas et d'HEC. Elle est membre de l'International Fiscal Association (IFA), ainsi que de l'Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF), dont elle a été membre du Comité Fiscalité des Entreprises jusqu'en octobre 2020. Elle est membre du Comité Fiscal de France Invest. Elle a également été nommée rapporteur pour la France au congrès de l’IFA à Lisbonne en 2025.
Par ailleurs, Cécile est membre du Board de l’Alliance pour le financement de la Femtech en France. Elle maintient une pratique Tech pro bono active et s’investit fortement dans des initiatives et réseaux visant à soutenir le succès à long terme des femmes leaders dans le monde des affaires. Elle a notamment été co-leader du Comité Women Enriching Business à Paris chez Latham & Watkins.
Avant de rejoindre Orrick, elle a exercé pendant quatre ans au sein de l’équipe fiscale de Latham & Watkins, après avoir passé sept ans dans l’équipe fiscale de Cleary Gottlieb, aux bureaux de Paris et de New York.

Anri brings a combination of unique skills and attributes which, collectively, make him essential to both maintaining and growing Orrick's longstanding successful practice representing Japanese clients in high-value IP litigation matters as well as serving Orrick's clients worldwide who have needs in Japan. Unlike the limited role of most lawyers in Japan who focus on U.S. IP litigation to client relationship management, Anri is adept at both client relationship and substantive litigation work including briefing and taking witness at trials.
In addition to many patent cases at district courts, USITC and before the US Patent and Trademark Office, Anri is also an experienced practitioner in international arbitration practice. Most recently, he played a huge role in a massive international arbitration matter, which resulted in a complete victory for his client.

Tony regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, growth equity, and venture capital transactions, as well as on corporate governance, joint ventures and corporate finance matters.
Tony has been recognized for his life sciences and M&A work by a number of notable publications, including The Legal 500 US, Law360, IFLR1000 and Legal Media Group. In particular, Law360 highlighted his work in navigating the complex life sciences industry and key partnership negotiations between biotechnology and drug companies.
In addition, Tony sustains an active pro bono practice, serving as counsel to nonprofit organizations such as Aequitas, APAI Vote, Chefs Stopping Asian American Hate, Rebuilding Together Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Film Society, and the Harvard Asian American Alumni Alliance. Tony also serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law School where he has taught Takeovers, Mergers and Acquisitions since 2015.

She advises investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and other financial institutions on legal issues related to the purchase and sale of domestic and international par and distressed assets, including bilateral and syndicated loans, loan participations and derivative structured products. Amy also works with clients to structure deals involving preference, administrative and unsecured trade claims and assists clients in enforcing their rights in the bankruptcy case after the claims are purchased. She represents buy side and sell side clients in connection with private transfers of debt and equity securities, special situations investments, and transactional matters relative to in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Amy also has experience representing lenders on secured and unsecured financing transactions across a wide array of industries, including shipping, airline, energy and infrastructure.
Amy is a consensus builder with industry knowledge and working relationships with all major market players. She has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of bespoke documents under the LSTA and LMA regimes, and is routinely involved with cross-border transactions throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America and the United States.
