Olivia has extensive experience in all phases of litigation from drafting and responding to complaints to managing fact and expert discovery to drafting briefs to working on creative settlement solutions in alignment with clients' overall business and organizational goals. Her engagements have involved mass torts and product liability, multi-million dollar contract disputes, joint venture and partnership disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and defamation and trade libel. She also has experience with FCPA compliance and investigations.

Lynette represents sponsors, investors, project companies, developers, financiers and other stakeholders across the many stages in the life cycle of a project. Lynette has experience advising on a wide range of projects in jurisdictions, including Singapore, Indonesia, India, Taiwan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and Mauritius. Projects that Lynette has worked on include incineration and waste-to-energy plants, sewage treatment plants, desalination plants, domestic and cross-border railways, data centers, and solar power facilities. Lynette also regularly advises clients on general corporate and commercial legal matters.
Prior to joining Orrick, Lynette practised for about 7.5 years at a top local law firm in Singapore, during which time she was seconded for 6 months to a Magic Circle law firm in Hong Kong, where she worked on a range of private equity matters. Thereafter, Lynette practised for over 3 years in a US-headquartered international law firm in Singapore, where she was extensively involved in, amongst other things, the completion of the project financing of a public-private partnership desalination plant project and various private equity and M&A transactions in the energy, projects and infrastructure space.

Among other of Dave's successful trial outcomes, Dave served as co-lead counsel and secured a complete victory for his client in a dispute between two joint venture real-estate development partners after completing a 23-day bench trial in New York County’s Commercial Division and authoring the post-trial brief.

Her tax equity practice includes drafting and negotiating the traditional tax equity partnerships (for PFlip and TFlip structures) documentation, tax credit transfer agreements and advising construction and back leverage lenders in connection with tax equity portfolios.
Alejandra’s experience spans a range of power generating technologies and projects, from solar, wind and hydro to biofuel, carbon capture, oil and gas and LNG projects. She also helps companies sell their products over time, whether traditional banks with credit cards, online lenders with installment loans, startups with charge cards or merchants with installment plans. She helps companies navigate the federal and state law governing credit, licensing, prohibitions on unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP) and limitations on lending to the military and compliance with antidiscrimination laws.
She helps institutions evaluate fair lending issues in judgmental underwriting, advises financial institutions where to locate their card issuing banks to benefit from state laws on the exportation of interest rates and assists merchants and emerging companies with implementing their credit programs. Manley assists lenders in revising and refining key operational processes, disclosures and customer agreements necessitated by changing legal standards. She also conducts training for in-house counsel on legal developments in the credit card industry, including compliance with emerging UDAAP standards.
