À ce titre, il assiste les groupements candidats à l'attribution de ces contrats, depuis la phase de l'offre jusqu'aux étapes ultérieures, incluant la passation des contrats, leur exécution et, le cas échéant, la gestion des litiges.
Il a notamment conseillé le groupement attributaire de la concession pour l'exploitation de l'aéroport de Beauvais-Tillé, ainsi qu'un groupement candidat dans le cadre de l’attribution d’un projet de partenariat public-privé portant sur le financement, la conception, la construction, la maintenance et l’exploitation du nouveau siège du Grand Port Maritime de Marseille.
Dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables, Lek Regjepaj intervient aux côtés de l'État (Ministère chargé de l’énergie, Direction générale de l'Énergie et du Climat) sur les procédures de mise en concurrence pour la réalisation de parcs éoliens en mer, qu’ils soient posés ou flottants.
Il accompagne également des opérateurs, sponsors et prêteurs dans la réalisation de projets ou lors d'opérations de fusion-acquisition portant sur des actifs éoliens et solaires, et les conseille dans des secteurs innovants tels que la biomasse, la géothermie et les carburants durables.
Lek Regjepaj a également contribué à la révision des modalités de contractualisation des subventions publiques destinées à la géothermie profonde, pour le compte d'entités publiques et parapubliques.
Sa pratique couvre par ailleurs tous les aspects réglementaires des activités, qu'elles soient régulées ou non. Il a conseillé des opérateurs de télécommunications, qu'ils soient de gros ou de détail, ainsi que des groupes industriels, sur les règles qui leur sont applicables.

Avant de rejoindre Orrick, Lek a développé une expertise en grands projets d'infrastructures maritimes, portuaires et ferroviaires internationaux, grâce à son expérience au sein d'une société de logistique internationale détenant 22 concessions à travers le monde.

Following law school, Nathaniel co-founded a legaltech company in Japan, and developed the initial machine learning models and a front end used for an initial product offering. Christine has more than two decades of experience in public infrastructure finance, advising on both traditional bond financings and innovative funding structures. She serves as a Vice-Chair of the Public Finance Group and on the leadership team for the Impact Finance Group.
Christine’s experience includes various general obligation and revenue bond financings, including those relating to transportation, education, healthcare, water and wastewater, economic development, urban renewal, public power and other complex and innovative social and infrastructure financings sometimes involving public-private partnerships (P3) for large transportation and utility issuers, state and local municipalities, and other for-profit and nonprofit corporations.
She has extensive knowledge and experience with disclosure requirements for municipal issuers under federal securities laws, including both initial and continuing disclosure issues, material events disclosure, public offerings, private placements and other municipal securities regulatory matters.

Rob’s experience includes extensive work in antitrust and False Claims Act cases, claims alleging fraud, and agency enforcement actions. His pharmaceutical industry activities include service as outside counsel to and Corporate Secretary of the Pharmaceutical Security Institute, Inc., the industry’s not-for-profit trade organization dedicated to the fight against pharmaceutical counterfeiting.

David represents clients in matters involving the False Claims Act (FCA), the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), federal securities laws, and the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, among others. He has particular experience handling government investigations and complex civil litigation arising under state and federal false claims acts, including whistleblower-initiated FCA suits. His litigation experience includes oral argument before the First Circuit and state appellate courts, leading briefing in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and deposing senior government officials.
David routinely leads internal investigations relating to a range of ethics, fraud, and corruption issues, including bribery, corruption, accounting fraud, revenue recognition, embezzlement, and other misconduct. David also has extensive compliance experience. He served as Global Investigations & Compliance Counsel at a leading medical device company, and served as Counsel with the Legal Compliance & Investigations team at one of the world's largest technology companies (both client secondments). He played a key role in multiple DOJ- and SEC-appointed corporate compliance monitorships, as both counsel to the Monitor and helping clients successfully navigate monitorships.
