Alexandra Bartos-O'Neill is a lawyer in the Public Finance Department in Orrick's Portland office.
Alexandra's practice is primarily focused on private activity bond financings, namely in connection with building affordable housing, but also encompasses larger local governmental projects as both bond counsel and underwriter's counsel.
Her affordable housing practice stretches across various financing structures, often with increasingly complex capital stacks, including, but not limited to 501(c)3 conduit financings, recycled cap transactions, 4% LIHTC transactions, and senior-subordinate financing structures. She additionally has experience with local government issuances, such as full, faith & credit transactions, revenue bonds, general obligation bonds, forward delivery and tender transactions, as both bond and bank counsel. She works on transactions across several states, including Oregon, Washington, California, and Texas.
Outside of work, Alexandra remains committed to the community, frequently volunteering as a mediator for Small Claims Court in Multnomah County.
