Andrew, a Senior Associate in Orrick's New York office, has broad experience across the venture capital and startup industry, and focuses his practice on companies and investors in the FinTech and blockchain/Web3 industries.  As part of Orrick's Blockchain and Virtual Currency practice, Andrew advises blockchain companies and investors on regulatory issues, corporate structuring, and token issuances.
