Emily Donohue

Emily Donohue is an associate in the Seattle Office, and a member of the Technology Companies Group.

Emily advises high growth technology companies in general formation, venture capital and private equity financings, and corporate governance. In addition to advising companies, Emily represents investor firms in connection with their investments in private companies.

Emily received her JD from the University of Washington in 2021, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts, and was a member of the Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic.

Prior to attending law school, Emily worked in legal administration and as a singer/songwriter. She has released several musical projects, including a full-length LP with Refresh Records in 2018.
