Kristy advises on a broad range of corporate matters with a particular focus on venture capital and growth equity investments affecting early and late-stage technology start-ups and their investors.

Kristy has experience working with companies as well as investors and venture capital funds throughout a company's life cycle, including early-stage financings, institutional funding rounds and exits.

In addition to equity financings, Kristy advises clients on other corporate transactions including bridge financings, secondary transactions and cross-border flip transactions.

- Acted for Leko Labs on its $21m Series A financing led by 2150 Ventures, alongside Microsoft Climate Innovation Fund and Tenscent
- Acted for Infogrid, an AI-driven building monitoring and control platform, on its $90m Series B financing, led by Northzone
- Acted for Eilla AI, an AI platform powering M&A, VC and PE deal workflows, on its $1.5m Series Seed financing, led by Eleven Ventures

- Acted for Foodics, a cloud-based technology and payments platform for restaurants in the MENA region, on its $170 million Series C financing, the largest SaaS Series C financing in the MENA region

- Acted for Global Processing Services, a leading global payment technology platform powering prominent fintechs across Europe, APAC and the Middle East, on its £300+ million fundraising from Advent International and Viking Global Investors
- Acted for Kinnevik on its investment in the $500 million Series E financing of Jobandtalent, the world's leading digital temp staffing agency
