Marco Mancino, of Counsel in the Milan office, is a member of the European Corporate Group. Marco has extensive experience in M&A transactions, commercial contracts, general corporate and corporate governance.

Robbie Manhas Managing Associate Supreme Court & Appellate

A former Federal Circuit clerk, Robbie Manhas is a member of the firm's Supreme Court and Appellate group.  His practice focuses on high-stakes appeals, with a particular emphasis on patent law and administrative law.  He has been the primary drafter of dozens of appellate briefs, and has presented oral argument in the Federal Circuit and the Sixth Circuit.

Robbie is a lawyer because he is passionate about legal analysis, writing, and advocacy—understanding how to properly frame and creatively answer challenging questions of law, and then communicate that understanding to others in a credible and efficient way.

Kathryn G. Mantoan Of Counsel Employment Law & Litigation, Pay Equity

Kathryn (Katie) Grzenczyk Mantoan is Of Counsel in Orrick's Employment Law & Litigation group, working across the San Francisco and Portland offices.  She focuses on high-stakes employment litigation, compliance counseling, and litigation avoidance measures.  Her practice has a particular emphasis on complex class actions and developing areas of the law including pay equity, and she co-chairs Orrick's Pay Equity Task Force.

Dora Mao, senior counsel in the San Francisco office, has extensive experience in complex capital markets transactions, including securitizing personal loans, PACE (property assessed clean energy) assessments, commercial mortgage loans, franchisee loans, home equity loans, utility receivables, equipment leases, trade receivables, insurance premiums, consumer debt and agency and non-agency residential mortgage loans.
