The Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the Business Law Section of the ABA recently released its 2015 Public Target Deal Points Study.  Featuring insights from Orrick’s leading M&A lawyers on trending and critical market developments in M&A exits, our program will focus on highlights from this study as well as current market practice for negotiation of key legal terms in tech M&A agreements.
