He advises start-ups and scale-ups on their foundation, financing rounds and growth phases as well as on internationalization projects. He also advises VCs and corporate VCs on their investments.
Before starting his legal practice, he also worked as a trainee lawyer for a U.S. law firm in its San Francisco office.
Dahl represents project sponsors/developers, private equity investors, utilities and strategic investors in all stages of structuring, financing, acquiring and disposing of energy projects and companies, including the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale, joint development, shareholder, partnership and LLC operating, debt and equity financing, security and credit agreements. Over the last decade, Dahl has successfully closed transactions relating to projects totaling many thousands of megawatts and many billions of dollars in asset value.

Paige represents large corporations, public entities, and individuals in high-stakes matters in federal and state courts nationwide. She manages and litigates complex matters, including class actions, multi-district litigations, and cases set for trial. Much of Paige's work focuses on cases alleging exposures to or economic harm from various chemicals, including pesticides, herbicides, PFAS, and chemicals with industrial applications.
Paige effectively argues motions, takes depositions, manages discovery, drafts briefs, and negotiates settlements. Paige has participated in successful jury trials and has delivered constructive presentations to government actors. She was named a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Dedicated to her active pro bono practice, Paige has led a class of detained individuals seeking to remedy constitutional rights violations and has assisted individuals in their efforts to navigate immigration laws. Paige was honored as an Excellent Pro Bono Attorney for her work on mandamus petitions with the International Refugee Assistance Project.
From 2017-2018, Paige served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry, Chief United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to clerking, Paige worked as an associate at a global law firm, engaged in complex commercial litigation, arbitrations, and investigations.
Al represents issuers and underwriters in the issuance of credit-linked notes, collateralized bond obligations, synthetic convertible bonds and synthetic money market eligible securities. He also works with clients entering into various swap agreements, such as interest rate, credit default, currency, and equity swaps, and has authored alerts on various financial industry-related topics, including the Dodd-Frank Act.
Al has been ranked by Chambers and Partners both globally and nationally in the structured products category. Legal500 has noted Al for his work in structured finance, quoting a client who stated that he has "impressive expertise in all facets of securitization in general, which is immensely helpful when we are working on complex transactions." The International Financial Law Review has also recognized Al for his work in structured finance and securitization. Euromoney notes him as an expert in Banking, Financial and Transactional Law: Structured Finance and Securitization.
