Brandon Sanders is a corporate associate in Orrick’s San Francisco office, where he is a member of the Technology Companies Group.
Brandon represents high-growth companies and venture capital and private equity firms involved in the technology and life sciences industries. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital and growth equity financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic matters.
John Donaleski focuses on complex financings for energy and infrastructure assets, primarily in connection with acquisitions.
He represents sponsors, investors and financial institutions in financings and acquisitions for various energy and infrastructure assets, including conventional and renewable power, oil and gas, telecommunications infrastructure and a broad range of other infrastructure assets. Notably, he is experienced with energy and infrastructure term loan B, mezzanine / holdco and bridge financings, with a focus on acquisition financings relating to private equity and infrastructure fund acquisitions.
John’s recent experience includes representing the acquiror of a portfolio of power plants in the negotiation and financial close of an acquisition financing term loan B. He has also structured various bespoke financing solutions in connection with acquisitions of telecommunications infrastructure.
