Andre's practice also entails conducting internal investigations with a focus on potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

During law school, Andre interned for the SEC's Trial Unit and DOJ's Criminal Fraud Section. Andre also served as a Student Attorney for Georgetown Law's Juvenile Justice Clinic, which involved the representation of juveniles charged with felonies in D.C. Superior Court.

Emin’s practice focuses on advising direct lenders in connection with a variety of finance transactions, including leveraged acquisitions and corporate financings. In addition, Emin represents Orrick’s corporate clients in connection with corporate finance transactions, project financings and debtor in possession financings.
