Nick is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Group.
Nick represents leading institutional real estate investors in a wide array of real estate transactions. He has significant experience in advising on, negotiating and closing acquisitions and dispositions of a wide array of real estate assets, commercial leases, secured financing transactions and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Orrick, Nick worked as a bankruptcy and finance associate in Chicago.
Grady Bolding, senior counsel in the San Francisco office, is a member of the Tax Group. Grady practices tax law, primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, REITs and real estate transactions and private investment funds.
He has extensive M&A experience involving numerous types of business. He has particular expertise in the area of the taxation of REITs, having represented both public and private REITs for many years, and in the area of real estate transactions and partnerships. Grady's private investment fund practice includes the representation of real estate funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds, as well as institutional investors in such funds.
Prior to joining Orrick, Grady worked for the firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, where he served on the firm’s Executive Committee and as Chair of the Tax Group.
Marshall Brozost is a Real Estate lawyer in Orrick’s New York office and serves as head of the New York Real Estate Group.
He focuses on complex real estate transactions on behalf of institutional and private equity investors. In addition, his practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate investment, from purchases and sales, formation of joint ventures and real estate funds to mortgage and mezzanine financing, REIT structuring, workouts and leasing. His clients include State Street Global Advisors, Phoenix Realty Group, Arel Capital and The Praedium Group, as well as other real estate private equity funds, investment advisers, domestic and foreign institutional investors, lenders and developers. He also advises on CMBS and merger and acquisition transactions.

Dustin negotiates real estate transactions with a view towards minimizing his client’s risk while still closing the deal.
Dustin has significant experience representing leading public and private, and national and international real estate investors on a broad array of commercial assets, including industrial, multifamily, office, hotel and retail properties.
Drawing on this experience, he guides his clients throughout the life cycle of their real estate investments and provides practical and succinct legal advice. He helps clients form joint ventures for numerous purposes, including large scale investments, developments and recapitalizations. Dustin advises on acquisitions and dispositions of single assets as well as large national portfolios, ground-up developments and large scale re-developments, commercial leases, and complex loan facilities.
Described by clients as having "a very good demeanor as a negotiator" and in impressing them with "his knowledge and understanding of what is important from a business perspective,” Dustin is recognized for outstanding real estate work across the United States in the Chambers USA 2016-2019 California Real Estate directories.

Ronny Clausner, an associate in the San Francisco office, is a member of the Real Estate Group.He advises institutional investors and developers on a wide range of real property investments and transactions. Ronny has represented clients in connection with the development, management, leasing, secured financing, acquisition and disposition of all asset classes of commercial real estate, including portfolio transactions. He was previously an associate at Miller Starr Regalia and focused on entitlement and CEQA matters.
Luigi Colombo, senior counsel in the Milan office, is a member of the European Corporate Group. Luigi has extensive experience in Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, IPO’s and Real Estate Law.
He has assisted some of the most important Italian groups in a judicial and extra-judicial advisory capacity, including general corporate and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Orrick, Luigi was a partner at Studio Legale Tributario in Milan, a law firm associated with Ernst & Young International.
Louis, an associate in Orrick's New York Office, is a member of the Real Estate Group.
Louis advises real estate investors, developers and institutional lenders on all aspects of real estate transactions. He has experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and corporate matters across a range of asset classes, including commercial, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use. Louis also regularly advises both tenants and landlords on commercial leasing matters.
He is an East River kayak polo enthusiast and a member of the New York Mandolin Orchestra.

He is a member of the Orrick team that specialises in the disposal of offshore transmission assets as part of the OFTO tender process run by Ofgem.
Robin is an associate in the Real Estate Group. She enjoys partnering with clients to assist on the legal aspects of their real estate investments and help turn ideas into realities.

David Gotsill, a real estate finance lawyer, assists domestic and international investors in the structuring, financing, acquisition and disposition of real property interests.
As a member of our real estate team, David uses his knowledge of the Japanese real estate laws and market practice to ensure foreign clients achieve transaction terms which track closely to an international standard.
