William Molinski is Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office and a member of the Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. An experienced trial lawyer, Bill has represented corporate clients and individuals in a wide variety of commercial disputes with a particular emphasis in the areas of trade secrets, and other intellectual property disputes, consumer class actions and real estate disputes.
Bill routinely handles complex cases that can have a significant impact on a company's reputation and survival. His clients include major players in the technology, financial services and energy sectors as well as the entertainment and pharmaceutical industries.
Bill was recognized in the 2016 edition of The Legal 500 for his work defending DISH Networks against copyright and breach of contract claims brought by four broadcast networks, a win that led to Orrick's recognition as "Litigation Department of the Year" by The Recorder. He was named a "California Lawyer of the Year" in 2011 by California Lawyer magazine as a member of the team representing MGA Entertainment in its "stunning victory" against Mattel over the Bratz doll line, which the Daily Journal called a "top defense win" of 2011.
Geoff Moss is a recovering software developer who counsels software and technology clients through thorny intellectual property issues.
As a member of Orrick’s Intellectual Property group, Geoff represents clients big and small through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial and appeals. Geoff was a member of the trial team and lead technology associate in Oracle v. Google, the long-running and high stakes lawsuit over Google’s use of Oracle’s Java APIs in the Android operating system. Geoff also has significant experience representing clients in a variety of commercial, employment, and products liability lawsuits.
Before attending law school, Geoff worked as a software developer at The Capital Group Companies, Raytheon, and the Teradata division of NCR.
Geoff spends significant time working on pro bono matters, notably with the Domestic Violence Project through the Los Angeles County Bar Association. The Project helps those in need navigate a complicated legal system in their time of need to get the restraining orders they need to stay safe.
Taylor is an Associate in Orrick’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the Real Estate Group.
She advises opportunity, investment and private equity funds, institutional investors and developers on commercial real estate transactions including joint venture structuring, financing, development, acquisitions, sales, lease agreements, and other corporate real estate activities. Taylor is familiar with structuring and drafting corporate organizational agreements, financing, acquisition and disposition documents. She has experience with a variety of asset types, including commercial, mixed-use and residential properties. Further, she regularly advises startups, growth stage companies and not-for-profit organizations on their leasing transactions.
Natalie Nahabet is a Managing Associate in Orrick's Los Angeles
office and a member of the Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. She focuses her practice on complex business litigation and provides advice on tactical solutions to the problems faced at all stages of litigation by industry-leading clients in the manufacturing, technology and financial sectors.
Most recently, Natalie first chaired an arbitration where she successfully defended Microsoft Corporation in a matter involving the permanent suspension of a Skype user claiming millions in damages.
Natalie's experience covers a broad range of matters, including civil litigation, mass tort and product liability, financial institutions and tech companies.

Natalie is also active in pro bono matters involving family law disputes. Most recently, she helped a young victim of domestic violence pursue a restraining order against her abusive husband.
Nathan Novak has tried and handled a diverse portfolio of civil litigation in federal and state courts and before arbitrators throughout the United States. A Certified Fraud Examiner, Nathan combines his financial and accounting proficiency with his litigation experience to focus particularly on cases involving sophisticated finance, accounting or tax issues. Nathan is a member of the firm's Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.
Nathan has handled a wide range of matters, including complex commercial and business litigation, professional liability litigation, employment litigation, disputes between partners or shareholders, and class actions. Nathan has also served as an adviser and resource to the firm's corporate clients on issues related to Nathan's financial expertise.
Eric Nyman, an associate in Orrick's Los Angeles office, is a member of the firm's Structured Finance Group.
Eric earned his J.D. and a certificate in Business Law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, Eric was a legal intern for the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Eric also served as research assistant to USC tax law Professor Edward McCaffery.
Michelle O'Meara, a senior associate in the Los Angeles office, is a member of the Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.
Michelle has handled a diverse array of civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience covers, among other areas, general commercial disputes, intellectual property claims, employment matters, and products liability actions. Michelle has handled cases from start to finish and has significant experience managing complex discovery.
Kristopher Peerali, an Associate in the Los Angeles office, is a member of the General Litigation group.
Kristopher has handled civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts. His experience covers commercial litigation disputes and intellectual property claims. Kristopher utilizes his creativity to discover solutions for his client's complex legal matters. He is also active in pro bono matters, spanning many areas of law.
Randolph Perry's practice focuses on real property, distressed assets and secured loan acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and hospitality transactions.

Melanie advises clients in various critical areas, including incident response planning, incident response, consumer breach litigation and regulatory enforcement actions. She has worked on cybersecurity incident and data breach investigations for a range of clients, including enterprise-wide network intrusions. Melanie also assists clients with digital crime investigations. With more than a decade of litigation experience, including in key areas of trade secret, employment, and consumer protection matters, she has a holistic understanding of the key drivers of privacy and security in organizations big and small.
Melanie has dedicated countless hours to pro bono work over her career, focused on issues relating to domestic violence. She was awarded the Honorable Benjamin Aranda III Outstanding Public Service Award in 2014 in recognition of her work with the Los Angeles County Bar Association Domestic Violence Clinic. She also earned the Pro Bono Award at Orrick for her outstanding commitment to pro bono work in 2007 relating a complicated VAWA petition on behalf of an Iraqi interpreter working for the United States military.
Alex Radisich, an associate in Orrick's Los Angeles office, is a member of the firm's Structured Finance and Banking and Finance Groups.
During law school, Alex served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and as a law clerk on the Senate Judiciary Committee for Senator Dianne Feinstein.
