Louisa Kallhoff is an experienced Managing Associate in the Düsseldorf office and a member of Orrick's German Employment Law Practice.
Louisa advises national and international companies on all issues of individual and collective employment law.
The main focus of her practice comprises employment aspects of transactions and restructurings, as well as employment and labor law issues such as personnel leasing, co-determination of employees and service agreements of managing directors and board members. She also advises national and international companies on day-to-day employment law matters.Louisa joined Orrick in 2016.
Alex Mitchell is a member of Orrick's Employment Law Group.
Alex graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was awarded the Thomas M. Cooley Legal Writing Award in two consecutive years. He graduated concurrently from Carnegie Mellon's Heinz School, where he was awarded a degree with distinction in public policy and management. While in law school, Alex was an honors legal intern at the Department of Defense, where he participated in a wide variety of legal matters ranging from employment litigation to federal acquisitions.
Emanuela Molinaro is a partner at Orrick, based in the Milan office and member of the Real Estate group within the Finance team.
With a solid corporate background, she has advised on real estate aspects of a wide range of corporate transactions and has also gained significant experience in the area of real estate transactions and construction law, having assisted domestic and international investors in connection with various property and property-development transactions in Italy, including the disposal of complex real estate portfolios, sale and lease-back transactions, land acquisition and building redevelopment.

Mike litigates "bet the farm"-style class and collective actions and provides cost-effective solutions to clients with the company's overall business model in mind.
Lawsuits can undermine business strategy. Mike understands this and approaches legal solutions with a sensitivity towards how litigation may impact the client's overall business goals. He applies a creative approach in advising clients in several industries, including tech, finance, and retail.
Currently, Mike is defending a tech giant in a major class action alleging disparate impact based on gender. His involvement includes addressing novel privilege issues, strategizing eDiscovery solutions, and positioning the client for opposition to class certification. Besides litigation experience, Mike also counsels clients regarding OFCCP investigations, wage and hour compliance, and cross border human resources issues. He is also a member of the firm's Whistleblower Task Force and Blockchain Working Group. In 2017, Mike was awarded Orrick's Community Responsibility Award for his involvement with several local service projects.
Mike graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Law, where he was also awarded the Public Service Fellow distinction, received several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and competed as a member of Ohio State's National Moot Court Team. He received his undergraduate degree from Westminster College, magna cum laude, where he now serves on the College's Alumni Council.
Julien Beloeil is a corporate and litigation lawyer based in Orrick’s Paris office, with a focus on M&A, Private Equity and Equity Capital Market.Prior to joining Orrick, Julien worked on corporate and litigation matters as a legal intern at Cabinet Bompoint, Gide Loyrette Nouel’s London office, Davis Polk & Wardwell and Viguié Schmidt Peltier Juvigny. Julien also worked at the economic and financial section of the prosecutor’s office of the Tribunal de grande instance de Paris.
Caroline Pucel is an M&A and private equity lawyer in Orrick's Paris office.
Caroline advises on corporate law, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She acts for French and international clients, including public and private companies and private equity houses.
Most recently, she advised Arjowiggins on the sale of Arjowiggins Healthcare to Meeschaert Private Equity and counseled Kelkoo in the framework of the acquisition of LeGuide.com from Lagardère Active.

Laurent advises companies and private individuals on the tax aspects.
Laurent intervenes alongside his clients with legal and financial issues, both in terms of advice and litigation situations perspective.
Laurent deals with numerous issues in various fields: the tax consolidation system and, more generally, intra-group relations, the handling of bilateral tax treaties, the taxation of financial transactions, property taxation and local taxation, etc.

Léo Theillac is an employment lawyer, based in Orrick's Paris office.
He advises French and Internatinal corporations on all matters related to French Employment and labor Law. He also represents their interests before French courts.

Amelie focuses on counseling in the area of Data Privacy and IP/IT. She is involved in GDPR readiness and general Data Privacy compliance and works on various aspects of trademark and competition law.
Amelie regularly advises on various aspects of IP and IT rights. She joined Orrick in 2017 after finishing her legal training in Berlin and New York.
