Prior to joining Orrick, Elise worked as a trainee in the Employment, Pensions & Benefits department of Hogan Lovells and Chanel’s social affairs department. She graduated from the Professional Master II Law and Practice of Labor Relations from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Laurent intervenes alongside his clients with legal and financial issues, both in terms of advice and litigation situations perspective.
Laurent deals with numerous issues in various fields: the tax consolidation system and, more generally, intra-group relations, the handling of bilateral tax treaties, the taxation of financial transactions, property taxation and local taxation, etc.
His recognized experience in the avoidance of abuse of rights enables corporate tax directors, financial investors and individuals to better secure their investment choices and structuring their transactions. In addition, his intimate knowledge of tax litigation is a major asset for clients.
Laurent has advised many ministries and public institutions on legislative and regulatory developments and their implementation, which gives him an extensive practical vision of both public and private law. His past experience has allowed him to manage and draft legislative bills, which makes him an authority on administrative and parliamentary machinery.
Before joining Orrick, Laurent was a judge of the Conseil d’État and assessor at the Court’s ninth Chamber of the litigation section of the Conseil d’État, worked as deputy Chief of staff of Marylise Lebranchu, the French Minister for the Civil Service, State Reform and Decentralisation and Chief of staff of Anne-Marie Escoffier, Deputy Minister of Decentralisation.

Nadège advises French and international companies on all employment law matters with a recognized experience on employment law aspects of corporate transactions. She regularly deals with employment law related issues arising in the context of restructurings (in particular social plans), mergers and acquisitions as well as more generally on all employment law aspects for domestic and international clients, regarding day to day issues, executive severance and relations with employee representatives and trade unions.
Prior to joining Orrick, Nadège was an associate for eight years in the Employment, Pensions & Benefits team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Prior to joining Orrick, Grégoire was an associate at Fieldfisher in Paris.Grégoire also worked as an intern in various law firms as Kalliopé and White & Case in Paris as well as in the Paris Court of Appeal and at the legal department of CACEIS Bank in Luxembourg.

Nolwenn’s practice focuses on debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, for private credit funds, private equity sponsors, corporates and special situations funds.
Prior to joining Orrick, she was an associate at another leading US law firm.

Lek Regjepaj is involved in public contracts, in particular concession contracts and public-private partnerships for major projects (airport, port, motorway, building, telecommunications). He assists consortiums in the award of these contracts, from the bidding phase to the post-award phase.
He advised the winning consortium for the concession to operate Beauvais-Tillé airport (near Paris), as well as a bidding consortium for a public-private partnership project to finance, design, build, maintain and operate the new headquarters of the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille.
In the field of renewable energy, Lek Regjepaj works alongside the French government (Ministry of Energy, Directorate General for Energy and Climate) on tenders for the construction of offshore wind farms (both installed and floating).
He also advises operators, sponsors and lenders on project development and M&A transactions involving wind and solar assets, as well as in innovative sectors such as biomass, geothermal energy and green fuels.
Lek Regjepaj has also contributed to the revision of contractual terms for public subsidies for deep geothermal energy, on behalf of public and semi-public bodies.
His practice covers all regulatory aspects of activities, whether regulated or not. He has advised telecommunications operators, both wholesale and retail, as well as industrial groups, on the rules applicable to them.
Lek Regjepaj also handles litigation in these sectors.
Prior to joining Orrick, Lek developed expertise in major international maritime, port and rail infrastructure projects, through his experience with an international logistics company operating 22 concessions worldwide.

Prior to joining Orrick, Judith was an associate for two years in the Banking & Finance department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and for five years in the Securization department of Gide Loyrette Nouel.
