Johnson & Johnson. Nina is a member of the Orrick team representing Johnson & Johnson in its talcum powder related litigation. Recently, she was a member of the trial team that secured a full defense verdict in Kentucky's first case involving a claim that alleged asbestos contamination of Johnson's talcum powder products caused an individual's mesothelioma (Hayes v. Colgate-Palmolive et al., No. 16CI03503). Nina also shares in responsibility of developing and executing trial defense strategy nationally.
