Andrew, a Managing Associate in Orrick's New York office, counsels companies on incorporation, day-to-day corporate governance, venture capital financings, and exit transactions. As part of Orrick's Blockchain and Virtual Currency practice, Andrew advises blockchain companies and investors on regulatory issues and token related transactions, including corporate structuring and token offerings and distributions.
