Senior Associate


Verena is a Senior Associate in the Munich office and a member of the M&A and Private Equity Group and Technology Companies Group. Verena advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&A and Private Equity transactions, corporate restructurings, venture capital investments as well as ongoing legal advice.

Prior to joining Orrick, Verena worked at the Munich office of a leading international law firm.
