Polly advises investment funds across a range of strategies, as well as alternative asset managers, specialty finance companies and financial institutions, on complex financing transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance, specialty finance and bespoke capital solutions.
Polly’s practice focuses on complex fund finance and specialty finance transactions, including back-leverage facilities, NAV facilities, subscription lines and other bespoke fund-level and asset-backed financing structures. She works across a broad range of fund strategies, advising sponsors, asset managers, specialty finance companies and financial institutions to develop financing solutions tailored to their investment strategies and liquidity objectives.
Polly has particular experience with transactions at the intersection of fund finance, private credit and specialty finance, including financings involving innovative collateral and structural arrangements across a range of asset classes and investment strategies. She advises both lenders and borrowers and brings a commercially focused approach to structuring, negotiating and executing complex transactions.
