Sejal has a broad range of corporate experience and advises clients on cross-border and domestic transactions in the areas of M&A, venture capital and renewable energy.

Sejal frequently acts on cross-border M&A and has done so in a range of sectors, including in the technology, renewable energy and hospitality sectors. She has experience working with high growth technology companies and venture capital firms on investment deals as well as with fast growing technology start-ups on investment rounds.

    • Advised Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on the sale of 100% of its 49% interest in a joint venture with Falck Renewables S.p.A. comprising an operational onshore wind portfolio in Scotland and Wales to Infrastructure Investment Fund, an infrastructure fund advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
    • Advised, an England based company provides an AI decision making platform designed to transform complex systems design and implementation, in its $24M Series B financing.
    • Advised Salesforce Ventures in its investment into the $40 million Series B financing of Privitar.
    • Advised Salesforce Ventures in its investment into the $16 million Series A round for Privitar, provider of privacy preserving data analytics software.
    • Advised Appsumer, a UA Intelligence Platform that allows consumer app companies to make smarter marketing decisions, in its Series Seed investment.
    • Advised Sequans Communications in its participation in a US$4.5 million debt financing of IdVectoR.
    • Advised Series B financing from Balderton Capital, Ribbit Capital and others Internal
    • Advised XMOS Limited in its £15 million Series E financing by Infineon Technologies.
    • Advised Trint, developer and provider of an online A.I.-generated transcription platform that allows users to search and share audio/video, in its $3 million Series Seed financing.
    • Advised The Family, often dubbed the (aspiring) YC of Europe in its €10 million Series A investment round and a €5 million secondary, received from LGT.
    • Acted as project counsel for the $200 million, 107MW Copperton Wind Farm being constructed in South Africa, under the South African Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Program.
