Hannah focuses primarily on advising national and international corporates and private equity funds on complex M&A transactions, in particular on cross-border projects.

Prior to joining Orrick, she had been a lawyer with other leading international law firms in their Munich offices. Before that she worked as a solicitor with one of the leading Scottish law firms in Edinburgh, Scotland.
