Managing Associate

Pauline Morgan is a managing associate in the Structured Finance group at Orrick's London office. She advises clients on a range of structured finance transactions, notably including CLO and ABS transactions.
Pauline represents international financial institutions and corporations in securitisations, warehouse financings and other structured finance transactions of various asset classes. Before joining Orrick's London office, she was an associate in another leading law firm's New York and London offices.
Pauline received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was Senior Commentary Editor of the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics, and her B.A. in History and Religion from Columbia University.
