Emmanuel Kyei is a Project Attorney in Orrick Analytics with a tech-forward, business-minded approach to complex corporate matters, helping deal teams move faster and deliver high-quality results across transactions.
Emmanuel leverages advanced technology and a structured review methodology to analyze a broad range of corporate documents, including commercial agreements, amendments, governance documents, board and shareholder records, regulatory filings, and investor-related materials. He delivers comprehensive assessments designed to support clients in transactional and corporate matters, such as identifying key risks during due diligence and evaluating corporate compliance and governance issues.
Before joining Orrick, Emmanuel worked in DLA Piper’s international corporate reorganization group, where he advised multinational companies on global tax-driven restructuring matters. His experience includes managing intragroup and cross-border transactions, post-acquisition integrations, carve-outs, spin-offs, legal entity rationalizations, and board and director changes.
