Fabio advises clients in the energy sector. A key aspect of his work is advice in connection with project developments, M&A transactions and project finance with a strong focus on renewables and emerging technologies.
He supports clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory matters and project agreements across a range of alternative energy assets, including wind, solar and battery storage. Fabio also represents clients in proceedings with public authorities and legal disputes before courts.
Prior to joining Orrick as a lawyer, Fabio worked as a scientific assistant at a renowned energy law boutique and at two leading law firms.
During his legal clerkship, he gained valuable experience with the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action, as well as the Cartel Senate of the Higher Regional Court (Düsseldorf) that is specialized in energy law and related appeal proceedings against the Federal Network Agency.
